Bliss is all about ‘creating sustainable change’ together. We see change as a profession. Our changemakers are certified, among others in IPMA, Agile Foundation and PRINCE2. As they develop, each professional expands their expertise with certificates of their interest. Moreover, each changemaker is substantively supported by a senior job coach. This is how we ensure quality on every assignment.

Bliss DNA

Project & programme management

Bliss project- en programme managers focus on the systematic management of one or more projects. They engage in the application of processes, methods (such as scrum, PRINCE2 or Waterfall), and skills to achieve specific project objectives within predetermined criteria.

Project management office

The ‘PMO’ serves as a central hub supporting project managers and teams in planning, monitoring and reporting project progress. Our changemakers within the ‘PMO’ ensure a structured approach to managing, coordinating, and supporting projects and programs, as well as maintaining predictability of the change portfolio.

Business and process improvement

We practice continuous improvement and specialize in helping you improve your business, service, processes and performance. Our business improvement managers are familiar with Lean Six Sigma, CX and tools such as Mavim and Aris.

Implementation and change management

Our implementation and change managers, such as Agile transformation coaches, ensure a smooth transition to new workflows, organisational structures and systems. With knowledge and experience in behavioral and organisational transitions, they enhance effective utilization in the workplace.
